We want you to love your shirt as much as we loved making it. If something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right — no drama, no dark rituals, no lengthy arguments with a customer service bot.

We've got you covered if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

If either of those happened, that's on us and we'll fix it immediately.

How to make it right: Submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase. Drop us a line at support@softcoredoom.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We're real people. We'll respond like real people.

A note on care: We make tough shirts — but even the toughest things need a little care. Follow the washing instructions included with your order. A well-loved shirt lasts for years. A shirt washed on the wrong setting becomes a crop top. You've been warned.
